Enhanced Email Field

Updated:

This field is part of the PRO version, which is not as expensive as you might think—it’s meant to support maintenance.

Extend the email field to block free and disposable providers (like Gmail or Yahoo) and manually restrict domains—ideal for capturing only valid, professional, or business email addresses.

Setup instructions

  1. Enable the field enhancement. Go to your WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Form Enhancer.
Locate the Enhanced Email Field Option and toggle it on:
  2. Once the email field is enabled, open your Fluent Form or create a new one.
  3. Insert a classic “Email” field, or click on the existing one.
  4. On the right-hand side in Input Customization, you should see the following options:
    • Block Free Mail Providers—Yes/No. Enabling this feature means that no free or disposable provider can be entered in the mail field. This feature is based on HubSpot’s list.
    • Enable Domain Block List – Yes/No – Maybe you want to block specific domains, or block them together with the block Free Mail Providers function
    • Enabling either of the two options reveals an error message that you can customize.
