  • Bank Account (IBAN / CZ / SK)

    Validate IBANs from any country and Czech/Slovak domestic bank account numbers offline by checksum, with a bank name hint — no external service, no API key.

  • Checkbox or Radio with “Other” Option

    Let users choose from predefined options or add their own custom response. Supports both checkboxes (multiple choice) and radio buttons (single choice), with input types configurable as text or textarea.

  • Confirm field

    A confirmation field that validates if its value matches another field (useful for confirming emails, passwords, etc.).

  • Email Verification (OTP)

    Require visitors to confirm a 6-digit code sent to their email address before the form can be submitted, so every entry carries a real, reachable mailbox.

  • Enhanced Email Field

    Block free email providers (like Gmail or Yahoo) together with disposable addresses or restrict specific domains to collect only valid business emails.

  • EU VAT (Business number)

    Field for entering EU VAT numbers, with automatic validation through the VIES service.

  • IČO (Identification Number)

    Three new fields for Czech, Slovak, and combined Czech/Slovak IČO—complete with validation via ARES and FinStat on submission.

  • Unique ID

    Stamp every submission with your own reference number — a prefix/suffix around a race-safe sequential counter or a random token, usable in emails, PDFs and webhooks.

  • Duplicate entry

    Quickly duplicate form entries directly from the entries list using bulk actions. Create copies of existing entries without triggering emails, webhooks, or other automated actions.

  • Per-User Entry Limits

    Limit Fluent Forms submissions per logged-in user or IP address per day, week, month, or year — the combined per-user-per-period restriction Fluent Forms doesn’t offer.

  • Store a single IP

    Store just one IP address per submission to avoid issues with Mailchimp and similar integrations caused by multiple IPs.

  • Webhook Debug Log

    Capture the full request and response of failed Fluent Forms Pro webhook feeds and inspect them directly in the entry’s API Calls log — see why a webhook failed, not just that it did.
